An irony re-wriiten

Carrying the heavy book brought on the heart attack,

So the specialist surmised.

And the weighty tome that almost tolled the bell,

Was "1001 books to read before you die".

According to the British Heart Foundation's 2011 (50th anniversary) booklet only 5-10% of patients coming into hospital with a heart attack consequently die (as opposed to 25-30% 50 years ago)
